I serve LEI as Director and Board member ensuring our Partners and their donors are served well.  In addition I lead LEI in Russia and Eurasian countries.  My wife and I have been working out of Moscow for 38 years and have developed a number of organizations led by nationals.  We have four adult children and one energetic grandson.

I am serving as LEi’s Treasurer.  With training as a full charge bookkeeper, I currently maintain financial records for several small companies, some of which have been non-profits.  I am married and have two adult and married children as well as two incredible grandsons.  Spending time with friends and family is my favorite thing to do.

I serve LEI as a board member, helping to approve new partners and monitor the work of LEI.  Our family lived and served in Russia for 10 years and learned of LEI through the Lessman's.  I currently serve as ECC Director of Information Systems at One Mission Society and oversee translation and publishing efforts for Train & Multiply.  I have been married for 38 years and we have two adult children. 

Ralph in addition to being a board member is personally involved in seeking new partners and developing our current partners, connecting them with international organizations especially the Navigators.  Ralph also has committed his business relationships and resources to help run our operations.

I serve LEI on the Finance & Accounting team.

Founder and Director of Integra Slovakia.  Their mission is Business solutions to poverty. Integra works in Slovakia, Africa and the middle-East, Al is our key advisor.
